I have had a number of dealing with Robert and Nicole over the past few years and have found their advice and service second to none. In what can be a difficult and stressful process they understand the need to explain, give advice and act quickly which they do every time. I first used Robert over 8yrs ago and he has looked after out mortgage arrangements ever since. He takes the pain out of form filling and is fair and very straightforward to deal with and has been brilliant at understanding complex income streams so they can be combined to meet the needs of the lender. Theres not many mortgage advisors you get emails from at 5.30am or 11pm!

I purchased a house via an auction, with only 1 month to find the funds required. Robert was very helpful through out the entire process (which as a Shareholder / Director is a bit more complex) and provided good advice with several different options. Between mortgage offer and completion on the property, he researched the market to see if any improved offers / rates were available – which in our instance there was a saving to be had! He is very contactable and extremely quick at replying which helped us in our negotiations on the property. I would certainly recommend Robert and his team!
